Overall very nice deck and great finishing touch to our back yard to host our family and friends. The Crew that came out were very respectful and built the deck in a timely manner which was awesome. Nadia the office manager is awesome and very fun to work with.

My only criticism is that the financing option we selected from Clear Choice through Upgrade as the preferred lender,  did not match the terms we thought we agreed to. The 0% interest no payment required for 12 months begins when Clear Choice request the first installment to buy the materials and start the deck, not when the deck is officially completed.

Our new deck was built very solidly. It’s much stronger than the previous wooden one. Much care was taken to cover exposed edges of the sub decking with waterproof tape. This will help prevent the rotted boards we saw with the previous deck. A good job overall.

I will start by saying this company is legit! I love their work. From start to finish, they have done a great job. Once they began to do the project of my deck, it went so fast. My neighbors had other companies do their decks, and it took weeks. These guys only took a few days, and the job was done above my standards. In the summer we use it every day, and it looks incredible. I only rate companies a five if they deserve it, and they definitely do. From the owner down to the workers, they were excellent. The company did a great job. They were timely in the process. They were flexible with making adjustments to our preferences. They followed the plan that we had set together entirely. The manager was very nice, collaborative, and friendly. The final project (deck removal and new installation) came out beautifully.
